Birds of Paradise

The team behind Baldwin Bar, Blossom Bar, and Ivory Pearl have expanded their mixology-focused empire with a new addition called Birds of Paradise. Located at the Brighton Speedway, the 45-seat establishment draws inspiration from the "golden age of travel," offering cocktails named after flight paths such as the Rio to Tokyo (featuring cachaca, sherry, miso pineapple, wasabi coconut, and shiso) or the Bangkok to Mumbai (with gin, yellow Chartreuse, mango cordial, and jackfruit calpico). Along with the drinks, guests can enjoy a small menu of "airline snack" sushi hand rolls stuffed with delicacies like Maine uni or fatty tuna.
