Wink & Nod, which made a pandemic-era comeback over six months ago, has recently updated its drink menu. The new menu is more ambitious and features cocktails such as the Bitter Exodus made with tallow-washed rye, Manzanilla sherry, Fernet Branca, and savory bitters. Additionally, there's the Pal O’Mine, which blends pea blossom-infused blanco Tequila with grapefruit, agave, and lime. Along with the updated drinks, the "culinary incubator" kitchen program called Sub Rosa continues to innovate and offer new dishes such as Korean fried turkey legs and lamb tartare taquitos.
