Warren Tavern

Dating from 1780, The Warren Tavern was one of the first buildings built after Charlestown was burnt to the ground by the British. Today it is popular with locals and history-minded visitors. The Warren Tavern has played host to both George Washington and Paul Revere. Guests can enjoy updated American fare in this historic location. New England Clam Chowder and New England Lobster Roll are favorites along with Plymouth Plantation a sandwich that includes roast turkey, herb stuffing, mayo, cranberry sauce, and turkey gravy. Shepherd's Pie and Lobster Mac and Cheese are two of the entrées that appeal to many customers.
