Casa Giacomo’s

After 27 years in the South End, Giacomo's closed its doors last year, but it has now reopened as Casa Giacomo's under the management of the people behind Ilona and Kava Neo-Taverna. In addition to a name change, the classic Italian restaurant has undergone a makeover, with new green banquettes and black-and-white photos evoking la dolce vita. Under the new management, the menu has been upgraded with Sunday supper favorites like shrimp scampi with uni butter and tagliatelle carbonara with pancetta. The drinks menu also includes innovative cocktails such as the Sophia Loren, made with gin, grappa, lemon, egg white, and housemade raspberry syrup.
