Spring Cheese: Tasting & Demonstration

Did you mention flowers and cheese? In this class focused on stimulating the senses, hosted by Curio Spice, you'll delve into the art of combining luscious spring cheeses with spice blends inspired by floral notes to shake off the winter blues. Imagine yourself at spring picnics and Easter brunches with captivating flavors! Marisa Cataldo from Curds & Co and Susan Turner, our lead recipe developer at Curio Spice, will co-teach this class.

You'll have the opportunity to craft your own hand-rolled chevre log infused with your preferred spring spices, all while savoring a signature spiced spring beverage (alcohol-free) and gaining insights into the world of cheese. Picture the subtle essence of chamomile or the alluring aroma of saffron. Marisa and Susan will guide you through the nuances of pairing cheese and spices, sharing expert advice and accessible methods that you can replicate at home.

Each participant will indulge in an in-class tasting experience and leave with a complimentary spice blend, along with the recipes showcased during the session (plus some additional bonus recipes). If desired, you can also take home cheeses by placing a pre-order through Eventbrite.
