Free Admission to the Harvard Art Museums

The Harvard Art Museums are open every day except Monday, from 10am to 5pm and are located just a few steps away from Harvard Square. They are one of the largest and most famous art collections in North America, attracting visitors from near and far.

The collection of over a quarter million works includes masterpieces such as paintings by renowned artists like Vincent van Gogh, Claude Monet, Georgia O’Keeffe, and Jackson Pollock. You can also find contemporary works by living artists like Bosco Sodi, Ai Wei Wei, and Kerry James Marshall, as well as many fascinating objects from ancient cultures in the Mediterranean, Near East, and Far East. Additionally, the museum hosts a variety of special exhibitions that showcase works spanning diverse media, genres, and eras. Best of all, admission is free!
