Introduction to Fenway - Kenmore's Restaurants
For those who want to explore Boston, visiting each of the distinctive neighborhoods is a must. Dining while you are exploring is a great way to get a feel for the neighborhood you are in. Fenway Park, the home field of the Boston Red Sox is the central feature of this neighborhood. Culture lovers will find plenty to appeal in the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum and the Museum of Fine Arts.
Citizen Public House and Oyster Bar
If you are looking for a modern take on the neighborhood pub with an extensive whiskey menu, Citizen Public House is a perfect choice. Located on iconic Boylston Street where else in the city can you sit down to a family pig roast? Lobster rolls are offered hot or cold and the expansive menu will satisfy both the seafood lover and the carnivore.

Sweet Cheeks Q
For a taste of southern BBQ in Boston, you can't do better than Sweet Cheek Q. Quality meat is what makes it so special. It all begins with sustainably raised Black Angus beef and Berkshire pork. All-natural free from hormones, antibiotics, and chemical additives, sourced as often as possible from small New England farms. Choose from apps to share, meats, scoops, trays and sandwiches. Scoops are another name for sides, and they are impressive in a very southern Q way. Collard greens, church basement potato salad, mac and cheese, BBQ ranch beans, SCQ coleslaw, farm salad and Cita's broccoli cheese casserole. The world-famous buttermilk biscuits are an app that is served with honey butter and can be had either singly or by the bucket. Add the house-made cranberry orange jam to make it extra special.
Chef/Owner Tiffani Faison, of Top Chef fame, brings her own touch to this special restaurant and is helping to revitalize the entire Fenway Kenmore neighborhood.
Another of Tiffani Faison's restaurants, Tiger Mama is Southeast Asian food as only Tiffani could envision it. Spicy, funky, and unapologetically sharp, the menu offers some classic dishes, and some that while defiantly not classic are recognizable. Classic tiki cocktails take the dining experience to a whole new place. All the ingredients are the freshest possible and the juices for drinks are pressed daily. Not your mama's Southeast Asian restaurant but certainly a place to bring mom for a special occasion or for no reason at all.
